Guilherme Araújo holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Minho (2025), with expertise in devices, microsystems, and nanotechnology. During his masters, he focused on the synthesis and characterization of 2D materials for energy harvesting and memory devices, contributing to several peer-reviewed publications and international conferences. Skilled in cleanroom processes, chemical vapor deposition, and advanced microscopy techniques, Guilherme now joins the NGS project team, where he will contribute to the development of solid-state batteries.
